T&C

I aspire for your saddle fitting appointment to be a pleasant experience. To ensure a high level of service, I've outlined terms and conditions that require your agreement before confirming the appointment. Kindly review them carefully.

On the day of the appointment

In order to perform a comprehensive saddle fit, I will need to asses the horse from the ground and observe while the horse is being ridden. Please be prepared to ride or have the usual rider present for the appointment and all necessary equipment in hand. We will need even surface to asses the horse being ridden, please make sure you have the space to do so.

The appointment should last one hour to hour and a half. Please allow this time.

Safety

During the fitting appointment, I will need to examine the horse’s body, it’s shape and condition, movement in walk and trot. All this is needed to assess conformational and biomechanic attributes that might affect the optimal saddle fit. For accurate and smooth assessment, we will need an even, hard surface where the horse can stand. The area should be clear and safe to work in. For walk and trot I will need to see the horse moving in a straight line on a hard surface, please make sure there is a safe space to do so.

Please make sure your horse is clean and dry.

Important to know

A correct saddle fit is measured by the horse’s body. It is important to understand, that the horse’s body can change significantly throughout the year. It happens due to seasonal weather changes, diet, exercise, growth, etc. Therefore I highly recommend to asses the saddle fit every 6 months. This way any changes can be easily recognised and any pain or discomfort can be avoided before it becomes a problem.
